Lynne Caldwell is an Elder in the Western North Carolina Conference and former District Superintendent. She taught for 12 years at the Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University in Richmond.
PANSY CRUMPLER
Office Administrator
Pansy is an accomplished manager and consultant for multiorganizations. She serves as Office Manager at Neighborhood Seminary. She is called to provide administrative support and spiritual guidance for businesses and individuals in the fulfillment of Kingdom assignments. She hold a B.S. in Business Management and Economics from NC State University.
REV. DR. ELAINE HEATH
Educational Strategist
Rev. Dr. Elaine A. Heath is Abbess of Spring Forest. Her vocational journey includes having served as Dean of the Divinity School at Duke University, and the McCreless Professor of Evangelism at Perkins School of Theology. Much of her research, writing, and teaching in the academy and the church at large, has focused on the new monastic, missional church movement.
She is a pioneer in new forms of theological education. In that capacity, Heath served as founding President of Neighborhood Seminary. The author of numerous books, she is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church and served in traditional pastoral ministry prior to her academic ministry.

DINA HELDERMAN
Administrative Consultant
Dina Helderman has a passion for helping organizations engage their missions and achieve their goals by building infrastructure and processes that enable teamwork and efficiency. She is a partner at Saison Consulting, LLC, in Durham, NC, and provides professional coaching. Previously, she was the director of Events Management and on staff in Leadership Education, both at Duke Divinity School. She holds an MDiv from McAfee School of Theology.
IVY PARKER
Program Coordinator
Ivy Parker feels called to equip the people of God in the areas of relational discipleship and spiritual formation. She is currently in her second year of spiritual direction certification with the NC Institute of Spiritual Direction & Formation. She has served as Discipleship Director for a mid-sized UMC church and Leadership Development Coordinator with Sabbath Living as part of the UMC Clergy Health Initiative in NC. Ivy holds a B.S. in Computer Science from N.C.S.U. and a Masters of Art in Christian Practice from Duke Divinity School.
