Elaine holds a BA in English from Oakland University, an MDiv from Ashland Theological Seminary, and a PhD in Systematic Theology from Duquesne University. She is ordained as an Elder in the United Methodist Church and is the co-founder of the Missional Wisdom Foundation and of Neighborhood Seminary. She lives at Spring Forest, an intentional Christian Community and farm in rural North Carolina, where she also serves as Abbess.
REV. DR. LYNNE CALDWELL
Lynne is the Dean of Neighborhood Seminary and pastor at Bethel UMC in Winston-Salem. An Elder in the Western North Carolina Conference and former District Superintendent, she taught for 10 years at the Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University in Richmond.
Dina has a passion for helping organizations engage their missions and achieve their goals by building infrastructure and processes that enable teamwork and efficiency. She is a partner at Saison Consulting, LLC, in Durham, NC, and works as the office manager for Neighborhood Seminary. Previously, she was the director of Events Management and on staff in Leadership Education, both at Duke Divinity School. She holds an MDiv from McAfee School of Theology.
As principal of BeMissional Finance LLC, Tim Vaughn assists pastors and church leaders maximize their impact by providing simple and effective accounting solutions for their ministries. These solutions allow ministry leaders to save time and money while focusing on the parts of their work they love. As a seminary-trained pastor, Tim is passionate about equipping a new generation of church leaders with the imagination and tools necessary for encountering God in a changing world. He lives with his family in an intentional community in Durham.
PAUL W. CHILCOTE serves as Theologian in Residence for Neighborhood Seminary, Interim Director of Global Wesleyan Theology at Wesley House Cambridge and consults with ZOE Empowers to advance its global work with orphans. He is the author or editor of nearly thirty books as well as a frequent speaker and workshop leader in applied Wesleyan studies.
REV. SONNIYYAH KEY
Rev. Soniyyah “Sonna” B. Key has over 20 years of ministry experience. She has served as both Community Pastor and Senior Pastor. She is a cross-cultural trained leader having pastored in both white and African-American churches. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate degree from Drew University.
